We assess your facial muscle activity, skin condition, and the areas of concern in detail. We discuss your goals and take a full medical history. No obligation — your safety and informed consent always come first. Photographs may be taken with your permission to help plan treatment.
The treatment area is cleansed and prepared. Numbing cream is not typically required as the needles used are very fine and discomfort is minimal — most clients describe a brief, mild pinching sensation at each injection point.
Using a series of small, targeted injections, your practitioner administers botulinum toxin into specific muscles only. The treatment itself takes approximately 20 minutes. You may experience some mild redness at injection sites immediately afterwards — this settles quickly.
Initial effects begin within 3–5 days as the product takes effect. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat for 24 hours. Do not massage or rub treated areas. Results continue to develop and settle fully over the first two weeks.
We schedule a complimentary review at two weeks to assess your full result and perform any minor adjustments if needed. This is the best time to evaluate the outcome and discuss any questions. Future maintenance appointments are typically every 3–4 months.
